While we strive for high-quality education, individual learning outcomes vary based on prior knowledge, effort, and circumstances beyond our control.

Programme completion and certification do not constitute employment services or placement assistance. We do not provide job placement services or represent that completion will lead to specific career outcomes. Career advancement depends on numerous factors including market conditions, individual qualifications, and employer requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost opportunities, or data loss.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services immediately without notice if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if we reasonably believe continued access poses risks to our operations, other users, or legal compliance.

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to refunds beyond those specified in our refund policy. Your obligations regarding intellectual property and confidentiality survive termination.

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your access to course materials ceases immediately. Completed certifications remain valid. Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution survive termination.

10. Dispute Resolution
